Please do not be concerned that you don't receive a confirmation from us, immediately after paying for your software. You will receive instructions, and license key information within 8-12 hours of placing your order. Our staff fills all orders for InftyReader/ChattyInfty manually. They are not completed automatically. Once we receive your order, it takes 24-48 hours in the queue to generate a custom license key tied to the licensee email address provided in your order. Your license key will then be sent to you, from Japan, using your email address. Once your license key is received, please apply it to the latest version of InftyReader. User/License Agreement: The license for this version of InftyReader covers personal use only. This license does not permit using InftyReader to process documents, either for a charge or for free, for anyone other than the licensee. This license grants the right to install and use InftyReader One-Year Version on one (1) standard Windows computer (not a server) for the period of one year or 10,000 processed pages, whichever comes first. At that time the application will stop functioning and another license will need to be purchased. All the functions of the one year version of InftyReader are the same as the Standard Version. This license does not permit licensee to use InftyReader to process documents, either for a charge or for free, for use by any non-licensee organizations or non-licensee students or employees. PayPal routinely screens information and payments transacting through their payment systems to ensure their compliance with their security and other regulatory obligations. As part of these routine screenings, IDEAL Group is sometimes asked to provide the birth date, or other information, about an InftyReader or ChattyInfty licensee. This is because InftyReader and ChattyInfty are both highly advanced math/engineering applications. These PayPal compliance security requests normally take place within 10-15 days of when an order was processed. However, it might be longer. IDEAL Group, by law, must provide the requested information to PayPal or IDEAL Group's PayPal account will be negatively impacted and possibly, frozen. InftyReader Standard version license is for personal use and/or for use by colleges, schools (K-12), universities, and other educational institutions in support of creating accessible materials for students actively enrolled in the licensee’s institution. This license does not permit licensee to use InftyReader to process documents, either for a charge or for free, for use by any non-licensee organizations or non-licensee students or employees. User/License Agreement: The InftyReader Enterprise license is for business and/or professional use in support of recognizing large volumes of documents. There is no limit imposed on the number of pages per month. The license granted provides permission to install InftyReader on a Server in order to deliver InftyReader network services to users on a physical campus or within one company/organization. This license version expressly limits the use of the Software to licensee’s fulltime employees who: 1) are physically located at, and work from within, licensee buildings; and, 2) are using Licensee-owned computers that are permanently connected to a Licensee server (one server only) located within the Licensee’s corporate infrastructure OR grants Licensee permission to integrate the functionality of InftyReader into the licensee’s software and/or services that are being used for internal purposes only. Licensee is prohibited from integrating functionality of InftyReader into software and/or services that are being sold, rented, leased, given away for free, or otherwise provided in any manner to any other individuals, entities, organizations, or companies under any circumstances. This license does not permit the licensee to install InftyReader Enterprise on multiple standard Windows computers.
